HOLLYWOOD LOVE RADAR!

Love is in the air all across the nation this month with Valentine’s Day just around the corner. Overstockjeweler.com has turned on the LOVE RADAR and has pointed it towards Hollywood! There is a hot new shocking relationship brewing & we hope it will last at least until after Valentine’s Day! Hold your breath, the shocking new couple is: Mandy Moore and Nicole Richie’s ex-fiancé, Adam “DJ AM” Goldstein! Who would have ever thought?! The two have been spotted several times together since early this year, and we all know how things work in Hollywood. A few dates here and there, a few public appearances and then BAM, they’re on top of the Eiffel Tower getting engaged! So before things head down the extreme Hollywood fast lane (although I think they already have), let’s take a close look at the progression of how things in this shocking new relationship unfolded.

Although they have known each other for a couple of years, they made their first public appearance together on January 8th at Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf in California. The two apparently had cups of hot tea together and afterwards they were all smiles & hugging each other.

A week later on January 15^th they were spotted having lunch together at a trendy restaurant in LA and when lunch was over they were spotted in the parking-lot giving each other very friendly hugs, again!!

Then the two were spotted together in a different state all together! Could this be a secret honey moon?! NO! The two were in Park City, Utah along with many other celebs because of the Sundance Film Festival . The two were spotted waking the streets together and shockingly gave each other their first public kiss! Right in front of the paparazzi!! There is no question things have gotten more serious than just a friendship! Mandy was there to promote her new film “Dedication” & DJ AM was there to spin at one of the biggest star studded parties at Sundance.

A week after that, definitely no more speculation!! The two were spotted again walking the streets hand and hand, kissing! The two seem very happy together! This love has obviously blossomed into the real deal!

How do you guys feel about the match? I don’t know, to me it’s a very odd couple, all though I don’t know either of them personally. So I will refrain. If they are happy, then good for them! I wish them the best!! But I’m curious how Nicole Richie feels? She seems to be a bit happier ever since she started dating Good Charlotte’s front man Joel Madden… who happens to be Hillary Duff’s ex… Hey, whatever floats everyone’s boat~~~ Only thing is, Mandy Moore recently stated in her recent interview in JANE Magazine her feelings on the pressures of being thin in Hollywood (AND THE WOLRD!!) I agree with her statements, but taking a stab at Nicole Richie WHILE she is with her EX is a bit brutal. I’m curious to know exactly when the interview was held in relation to her dating Adam. Hmmm…

“Oh, God! I tell you what: In this industry it’s my job to look a certain way or whatnot - and it’s’ weird for men too. But I’m much happier to present this type of person. I’m not Nicole Richie. I’m not like a toothpick, and I will never be. I’m just a regular-looking person - and that’s okay. It’s taken a while to come to grips with that since it’s definitely not the norm in my business. But, like, who cares? If anything, that makes someone more special — or at least that’s what I tell myself.
Good for her! She is one of the best role models out there for young girls. She sure does have a lot of guts saying all of that, not just the Nicole statement….
